REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
At LaFlare, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
REFUNDS
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all original tags attached. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive your refund within 7 days after we receive your order. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all original tags attached. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your exchange and send you the new item. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
RETURN SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
